This policy explains which personal data we collect when you visit www.nitsolutions.rs, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. The NITKasa mobile app has its own policy: Privacy Policy — NITKasa app.

  • The website does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
  • You can read the website without giving us any data.
  • We ask for personal data in one case only: when you request a download of the NIT L-PFR software.
  • We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

3. What we collect and why

4. Legal basis

  • Download request: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • E-mail correspondence: taking steps at your request and performance of a contract.
  • Statistics, server logs and form protection: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working properly.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to office@nitsolutions.rs. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

5. Cookies and data in your browser

The website sets no cookies. Two settings are stored in your browser, on your device only: the selected language (nit-lang) and the light or dark theme (nit-theme). These settings are not sent to anyone and you can delete them in your browser settings.

Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server. The only third-party content is the visit-statistics script (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

6. Who else processes the data

  • NIT licence portal (licence.nitsolutions.rs) — our own system that receives download requests and issues links.
  • Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) — sending the e-mail with the download link.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — cookieless visit statistics.

Because of these services, data may also be processed outside the Republic of Serbia. We do not share data with anyone else, except when the law obliges us to (for example, at the request of a competent authority).

7. Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 87/2018) you have the right to:

  • find out whether we process your data and obtain a copy of it,
  • request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data,
  • request erasure of data or restriction of processing,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • request the transfer of data you provided to us,
  • withdraw your consent.

Send your request to office@nitsolutions.rs. We reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, Serbia, www.poverenik.rs.

8. Security

The website and the portal work exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised NIT staff have access to the data from download requests.

9. Children

The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

10. Changes

If the policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new “Effective from” date.
